un šādas tādas sastāvdaļas:

Suši rīsi
Nori lapas
Rīsu etiķis
Sāls

Gurķis, avokado, lasis, omlete, majonēze un viss, ko sirsniņai gribas tīt iekšā.

Ēdot vajadzēs arī marinētu ingveru, sojas mērci un vasabi.

Rīsu pagatavošana:

Ielej katlā 4 glāzes ūdens un 4 - 4,5 glāzes nomazgātu (vismaz 3 reizes aukstā ūdenī) suši rīsu. Uzliek vāku un uz lielas liesmas uzvāra; kad sāk vārīties, uguni nogriež ļoti mazu un turpina vārīt 15 - 20 min, kamēr katlaa vairs nav uudens.

Ljauj 5 min. uzbriest, tad sajauc 1/3 glaazes riisu etikja ar 2 ēdamkarotēm cukura un 2 tējkarotēm sāls. Rīsus ieliek lielā bļodā un pievieno etiķa maisījumu.


NB! Rīsos etiķi vislabāk iemaisīt ar rokām, lai neizjauktu rīsu graudus.
