Tātad piparkūku mīklas recepte

500 grami kviešu milti
130 grami sviests
130 grami cukurs
1 olas dzeltenums
2 tējkarotes cepamais pulveris
1 glāze medus
2 ēdamkarotes piparkūku garšvielas (smaržīgie pipari, melnie pipari, krustnagliņas, kanēlis, muskatrieksts, citrusaugļu miziņas utml)

pēc izvēles var likt klāt arī iesala ekstraktu

1. Uz sausas pannas sabrūnina cukuru, tam pievieno nedaudz izsijātu miltu, visu cepamo pulveri, medu un garšvielas un turpina karsēt. Kad iegūta viendabīga masa, ļauj 10 minūtes atdzesēties.

2. pievieno olas dzeltenumu, atlikušos miltus un sāk mīcīt.

3. Mīca līdz izveidojas spīdīga un cieta mīkla.
