Uzņēmējiem ir jādod atraktīva iespēja nopelnīt. Nemaksāt uzņēmuma ienākuma nodokli, bet radīt darba vietas un ieviest jaunās tehnoloģijas. Pašlaik spēkā esošās nodokļu atlaides ir tik minimālas, ka neviens uzņēmējs nenāk un neinteresējas. Kur vispār ir reklāma, ka ir šāda iespēja maksāt mazākus nodokļus? Cik daudz šajā darbā ir iesaistīti vēstnieki? Līdz ar to mēs nespējam apgūt ne jaunas lietas, ne efektīvi strādāt esošajos tirgos.
