22. maijā pie t/p Alfa sāksies Latvijā nebijušas sacensības - „EkoOrientēšanās standarta automašīnām”, kas līdz 200 km garā trasē Rīgas rajona apvidū apvienos orientēšanos ar auto, rallija un ekobraukšanas elementus, kā arī kontrolpunktos nodrošinās dalībniekiem dažādus interesantus pārbaudījumus.
Pasākuma idejas pirmsākumi meklējami Rīgas Tehniskās universitātes Transporta un mašīnzinību fakultātes (TMF) iekšienē, kad projekta „EkoRallijs 89” ietvaros sasniegtais rezultāts: „No Rīgas līdz Maskavai ar 40 litriem” joprojām pārsteidz arī šodienas studentus. Kopvērtējuma uzvarētājs braucot ar VAZ - 2108 vidēji patērēja 3,08 litrus degvielas uz 100 km.
RTU TMF studenti un pasniedzēji jeb vienkāršāk – Mehi, ekobraukšanas tradīcijas turpinājuši arī šajā gadsimtā rīkojot meistarīgas braukšanas pasākumus fakultātes ietvaros, tomēr šogad pienācis brīdis rīkot šādas sacensības plašākā līmenī.
„Sacensību pamatā ir trīs sporta veidi. Pirmais ir orientēšanās ar mašīnām, tam klāt pievienots tiek rallija princips, jo katrā ceturtajā kontrolpunktā jāierodas precīzā laikā - nedrīkst kavēt un steigties. Un beidzamais ir ekobraukšana – apakšgrupā uzvar ekipāža ar vismazāko degvielas patēriņu,” stāsta sacensību organizators Māris Kjakste.
Katrā no sacensību kontrolpunktiem Sporta akadēmijas meitenes ir parūpējušās par aizraujošiem uzdevumiem, kas katram ekipāžas dalībniekam sniegs krietnu aktīvās atpūtas devu un iespēju nopietni pasmadzeņot. Turklāt trase vijas cauri skaistām Latvijas vietām, kurās ikdienas tūristu acis iemaldās reti.
Starts notiks kādā no DUS Statoil, kur dalībnieku auto bāku pirms starta uzpilda un noblombe tehniskais komisārs, taču maksā dalībnieks. Kāda netaisnība, vai ne? :) Taču finišs arī DUS Statoil, kur atkal degvielas bāku uzpildīs pilnu, bet tagad jau degvielu uzsauc Statoil! Tatad trasē iztērētā degviela par velti!
Katru dalībnieku reģistrācijas teltī sagaida laipnās „Battery” meitenes ar pirmsstarta uzmundrinājumu. Bet balvas uzvarētājiem saistītas ar aktīvo atpūtu.
